Super, it’s worth the detour

Terrible customer service from guillermo. Had a client who had dozens of their “bill” recessed lights installed. Took him over a month to send replacement LED’s which looked like a monkey soldered the leads onto the LED (no offence to monkeys). Told him more need to be replaced and yet after a couple of calls and an email, still have not heard anything back. Ended up replacing all the lights with a superior LED product.
