Bought a pair of boots at this location
Within one month the heel was separating on one foot and completely gone on the other.
I travel alot and had misplaced my receipt 😧
Contacted head office to see if they could resolve the issue as i find staff at this location uninspired to any customer service.
Apparently head office is as well.
I love to support Canadian companies but you’re going to screw me over for a very cheap pair of boots!!?!??
I even sent pictures
Not cheap says head office.Our boots are made by a very reputable manufacturer who stands behind the product.
