Super content Marianne products and like any other product always delicate cycle cold and no dryer! Everything is beautiful!

I bought a soft jacket of this brand last fall (2018). When I wore it the first time, the black dye of the jacket rubbed off my white shirt. After 2-3 washes, the situation remained the same. Unhappy to stain new shirts each time, I tried to contact the shop where I bought it, and then the company Arianne (by email and phone) to inform them of the product’s defect and to obtain proper maintenance advice … I have NEVER had any feedback from anyone. Like what is not because it’s “done here” and it costs $ 125 that it’s worth it. The star is because the jacket is beautiful, comfortable and local, but I would have worn a cheap chain garment like H & M longer than this piece. In the end, the quality / price (including customer service) is simply zero.

I bought clothes from Arianne 3 times now. This third time, after placing the order online, I received an email from Arianne stating the size I ordered was sold out and that I could order one of 4 other tops at the same price. I wrote back and asked if one of the tops that they gave as an option, was form fitting (It was difficult to tell from the picture). I received an email from Marc that it was. However, it was not. It was more like a smock. I emailed them twice since then and called and left a message with Melita. My first email was on December 22. No one has responded to me via email or by phone. I will try calling one more time tomorrow.
