**Edit – I gave a 5 star review when I made a purchase in April. I am changing that to 1 star – terrible communication, absolutely no follow up. When I still hadn’t received my furniture by July I cancelled the order. Now I keep getting bills for an admin fee they promised and confirmed I would not owe. No excuse for lack of follow through.

Excellent customer service, very helpful and friendly and not pushy at all. The quality and selection were great as well.

Our sales rep Rosanna was amazing. Her patience and dedication to help us find the absolute best experience was incredible. She had so much knowledge and the stores management helped us to get the best value we could. We bought a sectional we absolutely love and cannot wait time have in our space. Ashley Whitby location is a great store and is definitely recommend it to anyone looking to buy quality home furnishings. Thank you!!!

I had a wonderful experience dealing with Sarah (Store Manager – Whitby), from the time I made initial contact to the purchase of my sectional. She was very helpful and informative on the products in the store. Over a few day period on trying to make a decision, I was able to communicate with her through, text, phone and in person. Great shopping experience.

Great experience… Walked in knowing what we wanted as we viewed the couch online. We where great by Sarah and she allowed us to browse. Once we were ready I told Sarah and she helped us to ensure this was the couch for us! She sweetened our deal by offer Black Friday discount which wasn’t in effect yet. She was very knowledgeable with decor questions as well as very personable! Thank you Sarah for helping us! We will definitely be back for more then this reason! Anna our sales women was amazing. She jumped through hoops to help us with whatever we needed and help us pick out the mattress and bed set that we wanted. Very genuine, super friendly and great customer service.
