Went in to purchase a bed frame. We were kindly greeted by Ricky. He showed us a few beds and directed us to the sturdier ones. We had a previously poor bed buying experience. Often sales people direct you to the high prices, claiming the better quality. Ricky did not do this. He actually selected a few options that were reasonably priced.

The customer service was professional and friendly.

The bed was delivered about a week later! Very quickly! However, upon delivery the gentleman said that a piece was missing so they wouldn’t be able to set it up that day. Given that we live in Vancouver the earliest they would be back is Thursday of the following week. This is the only reason I cannot give 5 stars.

Overall, an amazing experience. Each interaction with the sales people, delivery, and customer service was pleasant and helpful. Will go back for future purchases when the time comes.

My partner and I were super happy with our experience at Ashley’s in Abbotsford. Karen, had been super helpful during our process of looking at and later, purchasing new living room furniture.

After visiting your store and you covertly whispering (more than once, so I knew it was very important) there is severe competition for in-stock items being shared with three stores, my decision-making was severely impacted.  I certainly would not want you to feel pressured to make a sale, or have a sale fall through because the purchaser wanted a moment to think about it. Then your fearing the stock would be so depleted that customers may have to wait weeks or months, hoping the item will even come back at all.  Well, I just couldn’t take that risk so you will be pleased to know your telling me about three store sharing in-stock competition, so it’s important to buy immediately or at least get a written quote, is safe from us. We have purchased a bed from elsewhere.

Karen was extremely helpful and pleasant to do business with. She spent a lot of time with us and was very professional without the pressure that some sales people like to apply. We are very happy with our purchase and look forward to receiving it. I would recommend Ashley Home Furniture to my friends and family and will do business here again in the future.
