Girlfriends car was vandalized and the insurance company recommended this as a preferred shop to take it to for repairs, the things that needed to be repaired where all the windows the door handles, a new front bumper, windows re tinted, a few body panels needed re painting, new backbumper that they damaged while fixing the car, and a new mirror.

Here is my experience with this shop, so let me start by saying how absolutely trash this company is and how I recommend literally nobody to go here unless you want to wait MONTHS to get your car back contestant going back to this horrible shop to get stuff fixed properly, they used pre owned parts and did a horrible job at installing them, body panels dont line up correctly, door handles crease so bad you could stick your finger between them, went back many times this happened in June and where still going back to re fix what they had done as its October now still not happy with the way my girlfriends car is getting fixed this shop is definitely the worst place I’ve ever experienced i recommend you DO NOT TAKE YOUR CARS HERE.

Oh and they don’t allow you to wait Inside when there is plenty of room for social distancing inside there lobby/wait room, instead you have to wait outside hours in the cold, none of the employees where wearing masks they where all Inside her car without masks on Aswell, wouldn’t be surprised if they have a covid outbreak sometime soon.

Assured brantford did a great job of taking care of my truck after assured oakville did nothing but make it worse. They are very friendly and caring staff that really care about you and your vehicle. They even offer to stay later to see me because I work out of town and would not be there before 5. Assured oakvile managed to scratch every panel on my truck that wasn’t even in the accident brantford assured took care of all my problems would deffinatly use again

These people were all fantastic. I interacted with several of the employees via phone and in person. I’m so bad with names but thanks anyway!

Have had work done here in the past. They were pretty quick on providing a quote which was reasonable. Just waiting to be fit in.
UPDATE: after exhaustive try to get a used part we ordered new and had me in same day part arrived! Quick, Fast, Reliable service at a decent price !! :)
