I was able to schedule a last minute repair of our leaking refrigerator on a Friday evening before the Christmas holiday. The tech was friendly and capable. He quickly identified the problem and taught me how to change the filter for the future. Thanks again for fast and wonderful service! Would definitely recommend!

One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with.

It has been more than a month since Paquette came to look at my stove because it wasn’t working and they still haven’t fixed it. It took them forever to order the part. Once the received it and scheduled someone to come install it their repair person kept on cancelling at the last second on multiple days. The last time they came they drove away without bothering to ring the doorbell. Run far away from this company if you actually want your appliances to be fixed properly and on time.

Worst company to deal with. Do not call. Total ripoff

This has to go to be the absolutely WORST service a company could ever give. I have had 4 calls so far and my appliance still does not work. One of my calls was never logged however I have a ring doorbell which I can show proof that the technician did come. The technicians come, take a 2 minute look, DONT actually feel like solving the problem so they tell you anything to get out, and make another appointment. I am going on my fifth appointment and this has been MONTHS (pre covid).

I am absolutely disgusted with the service and when you call to enquire, they all tell you the same thing over the phone “we will send a technician” that’s all they know how to say.

Do not waste your time and money, I am reporting this company to JC Perreault.

I called for information and an appointment to repair my stove and after waiting 25 minutes I got a very VERY rude woman who right away told me how much it costs for assistance, pretty much 300$ for one hour, and that there is nobody available until mid NOVEMBER.

Worst client service I have experienced in a long time.
