If I were to start my own restaurant, I would be offering Abigail double whatever Athens is paying her. She turned our average normal night into a fun outing. Theres nothing typical about her. Our experience at Athens was outstanding and the Lamb was good too!

I’ve came here for a couple times. Always love their brunch! I was their steak and eggs’ fan but after pandemic they took it out from their menu. Today I got their the biggy brunch, which had sausages, ham and bacon with 3 eggs, potatoes and toast. Super tasty! The server was very friendly and patient as well! Love them! Definitely will go back again!

Our dinner was delicious. Coming from Toronto close to Greek Town & trying many different Mediterranean restaurants here in Halifax .. this was the best for us. Yummy. Thank you.

Great family run restaurant. Very customer focused. Both eat-in and take out for is consistently well-prepared. In-house service has always been great. For take out, the owners try hard to use organic and recyclable containers.

I can’t believe I haven’t written a review of this restaurant before. It is the place my husband and I met on our first date. Always a favourite, the food is great and the atmosphere is consistently comfortable. This year, with COVID restrictions everywhere, they found a fantastic way to turn their parking lot into an outdoor restaurant. It was brilliant. It removed the space for parking but was such a genius idea we didn’t mind. I am constantly impressed with how people use such ingenuity to adapt to changing times. I hope this business lasts for many more years to come.
