Called in looking for some long (30/35mm) M3 screws for mounting fans to a liquid cooling rad but was met with bewilderment & condescension by the individual who answered the phone; I understand that most fans come with mounting screws however, first of all, not all fans include the long screws, and secondly, I wouldn’t be calling around looking for some if I didn’t need more… For a business who claims to be a custom system builder, I’m a little taken aback by the near total lack of interest, knowledge & professionalism demonstrated by what should be a pretty common ask within the realm of enthusiast PC builders.
