We had an appointment at 2… they told us to come back an hour an a half later and when we got there… our dog did not got the cut and she was ON the table with no water… Our dog was traumatized… Worst place… if you want your dog to be mistreated, go there… I can’t believe it happened to my poor doogy.

I had a misunderstanding with the place and the owner called me back and rearranged in a solution. I’m glad a company can take the time to call their customers and try find solutions to the problems! Thank you!

Overall great service, except for the fact it’s a little bit too overpriced.

We bring our Boston Terrier Maui, regularly every three weeks to a month for nail clipping and the personnel are vey professional …..definitely recommend.
