Ping Guo was a great sales rep who made sure to not only show us and explain what we wanted to see, but also made recommendations that we ended up buying which was a better value in our budget! John worked his magic and did everything he could to make us happy and satisfied. Mustafa was amazing as well supporting us with his opinions, comparing every vehicle we looked at from his point of view and not a selling point of view, and making the financing process super fast and easy. GREAT team and experience. I will be buying from them the next time!

I’m sorry to say, our experience at this dealership was quite unpleasant. We were with Brian Peck. He and the team were knowledgeable about inventory and the market, and we went into the dealership “ready to buy” with reasonable expectations (I had thought we would be a pretty easy sale) but ultimately we found the level of salesmanship was quite poor, and we were generally not treated very well. I’ve read all the other reviews and Brian and the team consistently receive very high reviews so I’m at a bit of a loss for words… evidently our experience is an outlier.

You book an appointment to get you car serviced. They send you an email to confirm the date and time to pick up your car from your place and that’s it. Nothing more. Nobody shows up. They don’t even call you to tell that they cannot meet the expectations. You have to call and “remind” them that they have a work scheduled and that they are supposed to act upon it. Yeah, sure, they did say “apologies”, “sincerely regret the inconvenience caused” etc but they don’t seem sincere. This indifference and “who cares!” approach has a cascading effect on my personal business and schedules. Now everything has to be rescheduled and who knows if the second appointment will be honoured or not!. Guess they have a lousy management system and running the show on a pen and paper system. If not, how can they “miss” an appointment that was scheduled 12 days ago?

Ping, John, Jamie and Angela and the team at Ottawa Audi are top-notch. They are professional, knowledgeable and patient. The process went very smoothly and we are very extremely impressed with their work ethic. Above all else, the team truly cares about finding you a car you love. We can’t thank the team enough for making our experience a positive one right down to the smallest detail (thanks Angela!). We would recommend them to anyone who’s looking to buy a new or CPO Audi!
