Like night and day…the improvement in this dealership since my last purchase (2017) is unbelievable. Service has alwasy been top notch (ask for Michael), but the appreance of the showroom and the sales staff are vastly improved. Sam Attia is a cutomer service professional par excellence. I live in Ottawa and purchased an A7 over the phone with Rami and Peter as my Finance manager. I have to say that I’m very impressed with how my experience was.
