I’m currently shopping for a car – intend to buy mid-December. I’ll give you 5 stars for genuinely caring about your clients and your reputation. Unfortunately, this is not as common as one would wish for. I’ll certainly consider your concession for buying a used car. Just hope I’ll never have to lower this rating. BEWARE: Trying to buy a car from this company was painful. They had 7 Smart cars for sale and apparently, they are all spoken for even though they are advertised as available on their website and other sites like kijiji. They can’t seem to keep track of their inventory. Lots of shady dealers do this as a bait and switch to get you in the door and try and sell you something else. They will give you an excuse that there is a time delay after marking something as “reserved” witch is obviously a lie. They have full control of their website.
