Left stranded at airport. Avis outlet suppose to be open till 1:30am. I arrive 1:00 and no one at counter. Customer service line no help. Total fail. I had a reservation as well.

I picked up my car at the Avis desk in the airport, and the associate who was there was incredibly warm and professional, which was especially wonderful and refreshing after a long flight! She got me my car quickly, offered me directions, and had me on the road in no time. I definitely recommend choosing Avis for those traveling through here!

This avis location is owned by Toyota so no cars have apple CarPlay or android auto. When I return to Regina I will not be using this airport location. Walked by several Enterprise models with android auto. Companies need to realize this feature is priceless for traveling business people.

Terrible company, they charged me twice for a rental, never answer their phone. I had to contact an outsourced drop off location in order to ask an emergency question. When I had a question about my over charged billing the call centre didn’t even question it. Stay away at all costs.
