Competitive Rate

Terrible customer service, was a paying client for more than 10 years, dropped after 1 missed payment which was miscommunicated to me when payment needed to be made by. Never ever deal with this company again or their broker Presidents Choice Financial. Like someone else posted should be negative star rating.

I literally thought it was a scam and i had enrolled with a fake insurance company because communication with them was so difficult. Nobody answers nobody has answers. This company needs to be reported to better business bureal

Not a good insurance company. I was dropped because I didn’t have 6 years of my motorcycle license. I have 5. But a clean driving record for over 20 years. But that didn’t matter. I will never use them again. I would post a negative star rating if I could.

Called to follow up on a letter I sent them but no one could find it. After getting the runaround more than once, finally got a written reply. Communication / training across the organization could use some improvement.

Overall positive experience making a property claim recently. Adjuster was quick to get back to me and ensure timely settlement of the claim once I submitted all the information.

Did have a negative experience at one point due to a missed payment which lead to a whole series of events of needing to pay annually for 3 straight years. Is what it is though.

Would’ve rated them 2* in past but the fact the adjuster settled the property claim quickly helps bring it up to 4* in my eyes.
