If zero stars were an option I would give it. I originally purchased a sectional in April 2019 with the warranty. June 8, 2020 I make a claim on it as there were structural issues. It took over 3 months for them to respond. September 27, 2020 they pick up the sectional for inspection. October 23, 2020 they issue a store credit and I re-purchase a new sectional the same day paying the difference out of my pocket. My Salesperson guaranteed that we would have the couch my the beginning of December. I call Nov 30, 2020 to get a status update and I am told that it is to be delivered on Dec 7, 2020. Amazing! I call back today, Dec 4, 2020, to confirm delivery for next week and I am told it’s out of stock and won’t be delivered until January 2021! I haven’t had a couch since September 27! The alleged manager was unprofessional and has zero customer service skills and he is unwilling to help. This store over promises, under produces. They have basically stolen my money and has left me completely helpless. The right thing to do would be to refund all of my money so I can purchase a couch at a reputable company. One that can actually give you the product you paid for in a reasonable amount of time.
