I’ve been in customer service/support for over 15 years and my experience with bad boys is what I use to coach my teams on what not to do. The salesperson was pushy and never took the time to discuss just how long it would take for us to receive our product. For context, we’ve been waiting on a new washer for over 3 months (initial estimate was 6 weeks). After numerous calls and store visits, the most I get from their team is “we don’t know” or “we’ll have manager call you”. At this point we’re hoping for some kind of resolution but it seems out of character for the group at this location. Beware taking your money to this location.

My mother asked me to post this review on her behalf. “Asked the delivery person to remove the packaging of my couch at the truck or in my unit. I’m 92 years old in a senior home, he said NO! I would have greatly appreciated if I was offered at time of purchase the option to pay extra for this service.” My mother will never buy at Bad Boy again.

AVOID THIS PLACE! Worse customer service ever after purchase. From manager to customer service agents. Like many I also look at reviews yet I went and made a purchase, only if I had paid attention to the reviews I would have been save all these issues. I received a damage server. Tried calling customer service for hours and many times a day, never got through. I send an email also only to be getting partial info on each email response as if they are now learning to communicate with customer. When I contact the store the manager said all he can do is send an email and nothing else they can do. After back and forth with emails and calling the store several times ,they send another server in a worse condition,seem like someone had returned it and they just packaged and send to me. Now I am still waiting for someone to let me know whats going on with my replacement. Please dont tell me email [email protected] because no one ever return the call nor email. 1 star is too much to give this place

If I can I will give them 0 rating. I had bought all home furniture from these guys in June 2019 with 5 years warranty. One of my sofa seat got a rip in it by itself. Since March 2020 I start emailing them and they gave me claim no. But its almost 7 months now I haven’t get anything from them and they don’t even reply to any of emails now. I will never recommend anybody to go there and buy furniture or anything from these people.

If zero stars were an option I would give it. I originally purchased a sectional in April 2019 with the warranty. June 8, 2020 I make a claim on it as there were structural issues. It took over 3 months for them to respond. September 27, 2020 they pick up the sectional for inspection. October 23, 2020 they issue a store credit and I re-purchase a new sectional the same day paying the difference out of my pocket. My Salesperson guaranteed that we would have the couch my the beginning of December. I call Nov 30, 2020 to get a status update and I am told that it is to be delivered on Dec 7, 2020. Amazing! I call back today, Dec 4, 2020, to confirm delivery for next week and I am told it’s out of stock and won’t be delivered until January 2021! I haven’t had a couch since September 27! The alleged manager was unprofessional and has zero customer service skills and he is unwilling to help. This store over promises, under produces. They have basically stolen my money and has left me completely helpless. The right thing to do would be to refund all of my money so I can purchase a couch at a reputable company. One that can actually give you the product you paid for in a reasonable amount of time.
