Worth signing up for the emails– the 20% in-store/online coupon honestly keeps me coming back. The in-store sales are always great, too. Tidy location, friendly staff

We went to this store to buy juicer and cookware. We spoke with MITCH and asked for his advice. He is very helpful and knowledgeable about all the products available there. His suggestions are independent of brands which in turn helped us in taking our decision.

We like to take advantage of the 20% coupon available each month before we head into the store. Who doesn’t?

We just had to buy a couple of humidifier filters, and Associate Madhu, who was very patient and helpful, suggested there was a another coupon which we were able save even more money off, if we added another small item (as the 20% was only for one item).

We’ve dealt with the Store Manager, Alvin, and he has been most helpful in our previous experiences also!

I came in for some pillows, which were fine, but am leaving a review mainly for the service. A mother and daughter in the store were wearing their masks below their noses, and unfortunately they became hostile to the staff when asked to wear them properly. Despite being yelled and sworn at, and the daughter threatening to send her husband to “meet” the manager because “I know where you work”, the manager (Avy) was exceptionally calm, professional, and polite yet assertive. Having worked in customer service for years, I would like to commend him on handling the situation so well and protecting the staff and customers. Well done!
