Saved me a ton of frustration

Very busy store, the staff are always very pleasant and helpful, especially Lee. Lee always goes above and beyond in her customer service. She is the main reason we continue to shop at this location!

Lee was unbelievably rude and miserable towards my grandmother today. She even raised her voice and had absolutely no patience with her. Listening to how she spoke to her just made my blood boil, how does she work in customer service?

I’ve been with bell for 8 years, I’ve never had an issue with their customer service in store. I moved to Belleville a year ago and have not been impressed with them. I recently went in and bought an Apple Watch with cellular. When I went up to pay I felt rushed. During that time they had to verify my ID and so forth. My mother is the account holder but has given us authorization on the account. I never had an issue adding or changing anything on the account in the Niagara region but for some reason Cameron S told me I was unable to activate it in store however I could easily do it online. When I got online it tells me that it is unable to self-activate and go in store. Just one big loop I wasn’t excepting this much hassle after I paid $790 to have a watch that uses cellular.
