You cannot get a hold of anyone. When you phone, you are directed to go online and can’t actually talk to someone in the local store. No one was available for online chat, and when I called the 1-866 number, again, you cannot speak to an actual person. I just want to find out if the local store has the item I want in stock before I go down to the actual store.

Will not recommend this location. Poor customer service.

Terrible experience when dealing with Best Buy services. Main page advertises free shipping over $35, one item was free shipping the other item charged for shipping. Apparently different venues but under the banner of Best Buy. Very misleading.

When trying to talk to someone via phone call, cannot reach anyone. Would like to exercise an exchange for products but cannot reach anyone to find out if the local store has the product I need.

Visited this location to buy a wireless mouse. Picked one of my liking off of the shelf which I liked and took it to the front counter only to be told a completely different price than what it was listed for. I explained to the teller who then followed me to the rest of the items which were posted for the price I told her. She advised me that it was their mistake and that it shouldn’t have been posted for that price. I asked her if she could honour the price that they were listed for and she passed me on to a manger. In this situation, speaking to the manager was completely useless as Tahura did nothing to deescalate the situation. She said it was their fault but that I’d have to pay the price it was scanned for. I asked her if she understood my frustration and didn’t offer any compensation nor did she seem interested in hearing what I had to say. To make matters worse, she didn’t remove the tag the items were wrongfully posted for nor did she take them off of the shelf. I am sure I won’t be the only upset customer due to this. Such a disappointing experience and a huge thumbs down to this location. I strongly recommended to never shop here.

Outstanding customer service. I went in looking for Nintendo switch controllers, I met Hana who went above and beyond to help me out. There were non on the shelf (it’s Christmas and a hot product so it’s understandable) so we went to look in a different area with still no luck. She asked her superior who was quick to say “we don’t have it” which is a common answer it seems these days. Hana STILL made the effort. She went and found what I was looking for in the back of the store. Had it not been for Hana, it would have been ordered off Amazon once I got to my car.
