Do not buy electrics in this place, They just walk around and doing nothing. It takes very long time to get electrics because they just ignore costumers. Even though I asked one of staff about camera, she just ignored it. So I couldn’t get new camera. Only staffs can bring electrics to costumer, but they just walk around and chatting with other staffs. How am I supposed get electrics? I wish I could give a zero star.

First off, they need to up their hours of operation because when I googled it, it said they close at 9:00pm. But they actually close at 8pm.

So I was waiting in line to get a new mob phone. Since they were closing they told me to come back tomorrow. I told them what phone I wanted and what carrier I was. Employee said they had plenty of that phone in stock.

I go there the next day, have to wait in line outside. When I get there I tell the guy what I would like, he then says that they don’t have that phone in stock.

Terrible customer service to boot. I know why I don’t shop there and just buy my electronics online or from another store. Not worth the drive to the east end or having to wait in line in the cold.

Please save yourself the trouble and do not ever buy an appliance from here! Their return policy on appliances is only on unopened appliances. So when they sell you one that doesn’t work they won’t even listen to you. You’ll call their customer service only to sit on hold for hours and get transferred around. Only for them to not call you back multiple times. When you finally get someone on the phone who says you can return it, but when you go to the store they deny it and refuse to take it back. Then they say they will have their store manager contact you but for the third time won’t call you back.
This is what happened to me and now I’m left going through the manufacturer and waiting weeks on new parts that might not even fix the issue.
Customer service is absolutely horrible here and I probably won’t purchase anything form them ever again.

Customer service is bad. They don’t actually listen to what you need and want. Had to repeat myself 4 times for it to register. Not even sure if they understood after making sure I had them repeat it back. Might as well go online and buy what you want because these people are clueless.
EDIT: Lost another star. 3rd party online shopping equals you get a broken item, you pay for shipping twice and lose 10% of the money you gave them for the product for “restocking fees”. Sounds like theft right? And then they put you on hold repeatedly for “2 hours” if you want customer service. Don’t buy anything from this place.
