Clean and efficient, very nice staff. Reserved a switch lite and game online and got a confirmation email immediately after. All staff in store said happy Birthday upon hearing I was buying it for myself as a birthday present.

Recently mgmt changed and since then they have a problem with returns of their products, exchanges or the fact you want to spend MORE money. They have a problem with their own warranties and GL if you get your warranty claim accepted. they never replace the same unit with the same item if in stock for the same cost.

Beware of dealing with this person, as he gets very frustrated with you if you have anymore than one or 2 returns if the product simply doesn’t work, he then likes to harass you and cause you lots of anxiety. Do not purchase their warranties and stick to manufacturers!

Very impressed with Brady in mobile services at this Best buy location. Knows his cell phones and plans and goes above and beyond to give us the best deals out there. Had a wonderful Best buy experience, will definetely recommend this place to my friends and family for their phone assistance.

Bought a Sony 65” TV through Best Buy’s affiliate Marketplace. What a big mistake that was! Don’t ever go through Marketplace. The product wasn’t packaged right (a 2yr old would have done a better job) so of course the TV that was delivered was cracked. And of course Best Buy was no help. They told me to go through the Marketplace seller. Once I emailed the pictures of the damaged TV, I stopped hearing from them. So I guess I’m out of my money and I have broken TV sitting in a the box. Now what?

I purchased a microsoft surface pro earlier this year. The sales people really insisted to buy a Geek Squad plan even i said NO many times, i had no choice but to buy it with the plan as i was told i can cancell anytime. When i cancelled the plan i had to pay $68 cancellation fee which they never disclosed to me before purchasing the plan. I think this is how Best Buy makes a lot of money. Also, no pressure sales people in Best Buy is not True Beware with this place.
