I was very hesitant about going to best buy during the second covid-19 lockdown questioning the level of service I would receive from a big box store.
I was so pleased with their help and guidance. There was a greater at the door who was so friendly and helpful. She explained how they are handing the lockdown. Connected me with the person that could help me. I was done and paid for in 10 minutes. Top notch service!

Constant harassment at the front door by the integrator is not welcomed.

Items in flyers are not in stock in the store. No stock no sales. And no I wont settle for something else. Just keep the store stocked with items listed in the flyers. I don’t think that should be too difficult. The Source had what I was looking for. Cheers!
