They dont answer a phone,you can’t even talk to someone to see if they have a movie, what a run a round,I wont be shopping here,,thanks for nothing, lousy customer sevice.Oh,maybe someone should tell them that you can’t catch coved 19 over the phone,duuuuuu.

Brutal customer service. Went in to purchase an 8K tv with a sound bar. Waited and waited for the manager to price it out. She seemed more adamant on helping others while we waited. She kept telling us that someone was coming and nobody ever did. Ended up walking out and purchasing the same tv and soundbar at Amazon the same day. No reason why Amazon should have took my 7000 dollars over Best Buy. Bad customer service will do that.

Scott in appliances was very helpful. We bought exactly what we were looking for at the best price. Would definitely go back to Best Buy.

No possible way to call or contact the store during a pandemic. Also no clear indication of what is or is not in stock on their website. If I wanted the Amazon experience I would of used Amazon. I don’t have any understand how the best buy business model is even relevant anymore.

Probably the “best” place to find electronics in Thunder Bay. Geek squad can be a little busy. Parking plentiful. Not sure if it is COVID 19 related but recently, stock on certain items seems lessened. Going next door to Staples, they have the items on two separate occasions.
