We visited in store the other day and were helped by Julian and Eric who were fantastic. Very knowledgeable and thorough. We had a very specific need and they really took the time to help us. 5 stars for Julian and Eric!
(We prefer to shop in the evenings so it wasn’t too busy, very easy to find someone to help you. Not sure if the service is different during the day.)

On the other hand, our experience with the phone service has been truly terrible. It’s impossible to get through to a real person who can answer questions.

I was assisted by Tracy at the Marine Dr location. She was super helpful in assisting me with a return.Even with technical issues they were experiencing at the time of my visit, Tracy went above and beyond. Such a professional and a pleasure to deal with. Great Job! :)

Moona was great. Impressive customer service. Very patient and willing to help. She was help me get me the phone and plan I wanted which other representative where not able to do. So extremely thankful to her and recommend this store.

Shout out to Adrien who helped me find the right laptop for me within my price point- Very knowledgeable and helpful. I ordered my laptop online through the store at 6pm on Thursday and was able to pick it up at 12 pm Friday! Very happy with my purchase.

Typical Best Buy experience. The department store met my expectations. It looks like they are in preparation for big sales for the coming Christmas season. It wasn’t as well organized as I am used to but it’s with good reason. I noticed a lot of crates and warehouse boxes in the show room with a lot of staff moving products and making four more shelf space. Overall a very good shopping experience. Are really enjoy the store layout. It almost feels like you’re walking into a new or more advanced modern world of technology. The products at Best Buy are geared more towards Consumer ‘s, not so much professionals but you can find a few gems here and there. The best part about Best Buy, from my experience is that they will price match Amazon prime prices.
