Although you do not deal with this company you tried everything, even finding a phone number to call this only online provider to no avail. Left with a new phone number and plan from Fido. Amazing effort and you will continue see my business onward. Avoid Public Mobile at all cost. You’ve been warned!

I ordered a laptop computer online, I did not receive the laptop, I tried to contact Canada Post and bestbuy, but they refused to settle the claim. Let me pay 2000 for no reason. I will not buy anything in this company again, and use Canada post

I came in looking for earbuds with a lightning connector. The only one they had out was the apple brand. I asked the lady that worked there if these were the only ones they sold. She rudely asked me if I was sure it was the one with the lightning connector I said I was sure. Then she also rudely stated that apple was the only company to manufacture earbuds with a lightning cable. I knew that there were other brands like beats that manufacture earbuds with a lightning cable. I ended up leaving because I didn’t want to do business with someone who was condescending towards me.she was also very pushy and when she asked if I needed help and I said no she proceeded to help anyways
