The only reason I am giving them one star is because zero was not an option. THIS IS A HORRIBLE HOTEL managed by HORRIBLE PEOPLE. My room was dirty upon check in coffee spilled down the walls and hair in the bathroom and shower from the last guest). They are rude. There is no sound dampening so be prepared to hear EVERYTHING you Neighbour says and does. EVERYTHING! And it is a joke that they are dog friendly. These people hate dogs. They leave notes saying the dogs needs to sleep on the floor and can’t be on their beds even though you are paying for the dog to be in the room. TOP 3 WORST HOTELS STAYS EVER and I stay at at least 50 a year.

A delightful hotel in a accessible location in Duncan Super comfy clean room with lots of amenities. The breakfast wrap was pretty filling . Very friendly, helpful staff. When I come back to Duncan this is where I’ll stay.

My experience at the Best Western in Duncan was great. We had front row parking, the hotel was clean in the lobby and the room was lovely. The room had two queens, the TV was easy to work and checkout was a breeze. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through Duncan. I had time to spend on Monday exploring the town but unfortunately it was a Stat holiday so most things were closed. I did walk around the town and loved the feet painted on the sidewalk to guide you along the ‘Totem Tours’ to so many beautiful totem poles.

I’d love to go back again.

My partner surprised me with the hot tub suite and it was awesome! The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious.. The staff was very friendly and unbelievably accommodating. Would definitely recommend!

From the moment we walked into the lobby and the rooms we were instantly impressed with the cleanliness, functionality and design. We were So grateful to get this room when our house was flooded. Big thank you to all the welcoming hotel staffs. God bless
