My husband and I were driving through heading home. We remembered that 3yrs ago we stayed here and the cloud like beds were something we were looking forward to. However we were sadly disappointed as the beds are hard as a rock and we could feel the springs in the mattress. Also the room heater fan squeaks and is very loud. We really didn’t sleep well and for what we paid we expected better. All I can say is never again. I’ll find a better place to stay.

The lovely young lady at the front desk last night November 6 helped to make our stay fantastic. She was friendly and welcoming while clearly juggling several tasks. The beds and pillows were sooooo comfortable, the room was beautifully clean. We will definitely stay here again on our way back across Canada.

Note* breakfast was kinda “meh” and the lady checking us out seemed confused and frazzled.

My wife and I were travelling across the country to look after a relative. My wife is pregnant and at the time of our stay was nearly 20 weeks along. We arrived after a long day of travel and needed some comfort. Due to COVID, the hotel had less staff than usual and some non-typical protocols to follow. I can’t recall the name of the young woman who helped us (Tairah maybe?) but she went truly above and beyond. Incredible service – such a lovely person. Rooms were quiet and clean. Thanks very much!

Location was easy to find, lots of parking, check in was fast and friendly.

There was a business center with computer and printer and coffee/tea in the lobby available 24 hours a day.

because of covid-19 the typical breakfast buffet was closed but you received a grab and go bag as you checked in. This contained an orange, a yogurt, granola bar, and an English muffin with egg and cheese. In the morning there were also fresh muffins wrapped up and apple and orange juice available.

there was a beautiful pool with a slide which at the time of writing was closed because of covid-19 although they do hope to have it opened again soon, and there was a fitness room available.

the rooms were large and bright and very comfortable extremely comfortable beds and pillows everything was great about the room, included the typical amenities such as tv, in room coffee maker, microwave, fridge, iron…

The soaps and shampoos provided were very nice citrus!) Our only complaint was that the bathtub did not hold water as the plug was broken.

After a 10 hr drive and having a terrible experience at a different city with a different hotel, it was such a blessing to stop here. The lady at the front desk was so nice. The room was great. Clean and comfortable at a decent price.
