Very nice place, older style but nice.

Excellent service! Everyone at the breakfast buffet, and front counter, were incredible and so helpful. In particular, one gentleman (I’m sorry I can’t remember your name!) went above and beyond. He saw we were traveling with small children and brought some breakfast items to the table for us. He also brought out fruit and waters as we were packing up our truck to head home! He was SO KIND! I highly recommend this Best Western, not only for the 5-star service, but also for the location – it’s really close to everything! Thank you for making our trip so memorable!

Rooms are stuffy. Air/heating unit is noisy & must be on or you cannot breathe. Little bar fridge in the room is noisy when it comes on. Also quoted my rate on phone when I booked & was more when I checked in. Pointed out the different rate but nothing was done about it even after I was told that it would be adjusted to original quote. Also when I checked in my reservation dates were incorrect. Good thing the hotel was not overly busy.
I have stayed at several best western plus hotels & this hotel does not deserve the “plus” status

Room was stale smelling when we walked in. Thevaur conditioner started out quiet but got very loud through the night. New Vivid rules means no room service unless you pre-order it but that information is not easy to find on the website

Paid full price for a room $277.00 one night with all the extras closed due to COVID. No mention of this on their website or on booking.com. Pool closed, hot tub closed, gym closed, bar closed, restaurant closed, no hot breakfast, small cold take out bag instead (with a McDonalds next door) that could of been a better option. I do realize that the industry took a hit but so did all of us. To charge top dollar for a hotel with 100% of the perks gone is theft.
