One of the worst experience living in this hotel, rooms are so smaller as compared to their pics, dirty floor, parking is on the other block of the building non-practical for families or accessible people, internet is only for the name so don’t bother Wifi, smelly odour from the room, washroom is like a nest, asked a favor to change but they turned down by saying default excuse as they are fully booked. No customer service. Never gonna stay next time or recommend to anyone to stay to this property.

I was in several hotels around the world, but this is the worst experience that I’ve ever had. I am from Iran that is a developing country. Still, I’ve never seen such terrible service in my country. when we arrived, and we struggled a lot that my family and my friend’s family wants a room near to each other, which is mentioned in our reservation. Finally, by paying more, we have received it. The room just in front of the elevator with lots of noise and not clean enough. The worst part is they mentioned that the room included breakfast, but they only gave us two coupons while we are 4. it is like a fraud!!! I prefer not to speak about the breakfast and their service. we booked this hotel for 2 nights but because of their awful service we cut it down to one. they just ruined our trip. I just gave them 1 star because of their view.

All bad reviews are true. Worst client service ever. The room we booked was not available and they want us to pay more for a similar room. Customer service didn’t resolve the issue and I had to cancel the reservation and find a new hotel at night with two small children. We did our reservation through Best Western website thinking we would have better service. Don’t waste your time at this place.

Hotel room, parking and the location is all excellent. Just a walk across the bridge and you are at the heat of Ottawa. Rooms are very clean and the management did an excellent job implementing COVID protective measures.
My biggest issue was although breakfast is included, there is a massive line you wait for in the morning to collect it. Ended up eating out for breakfast rather than sanding in a crowded reception in line.

Recommendation – place your order preference at check in and time of pickup. That way people come and pick up rather than order and wait. Or, just have a standard prepared breakfast option.
