Amazing hotel, awesome customer service, great rates, rooms are clean, professional service and to top that you get a free breakfast and not only that theres a indoor pool a hot tub and an exercise room!! Oh and a outdoor pool with lounge chairs and mini put for the kids.
Totally recommend to stay there you will not regret it. And how can I forget there even a restaurant in the hotel!

Staff are great. Rooms along the north side can be a bit noisy due.to traffic

Terrible experience. Have been a guest at this hotel a couple times a year for the past few years, although i Know they have/are doing renovations, it doesnt feel like a BW, feels more like a motel. It has a dirty kind of feeling. One time, although a couple years ago, our bedroom carpet had flies. I have never stayed during the summer months to enjoy the pool however I probably wont be back.

Loved staying at the best western front desk staff and lady that works in pool area are very friendly and helpful will definitely be back

Great hotel with nice patio room. Close to downtown. Would give 5 stars except for noisy guests in adjoining room and constant pot smell down the hall.
