Best hotel in Thompson. Great service good breakfast served by 7:00am bagels pancakes eggs and sausage or omelets. Muffins. Comfortable rooms and comfy beds with full amenities. Very quiet (thick walls) best customer service in town aside from one grouchy guy at the desk. Nicest looks rooms very clean. Nice carpets. (That’s how you tell a cheap hotel from a good one. Have had good stays here in the past. Did not this time as I had staff open my room door twice when I was sleeping, waking me up to tell me there was confusing as to who was supposed to be in that room. First time they said they were “checking to see who was in the room” and the second was to get my information. I have to be up at 2am and my sleep is ruined. I paid over $200 to stay here.

Would never recommend during COVID-19 time. Way over the top with precautions until it’s a great inconvenience. Almost like a prison that you pay for. No guests, no deliveries, preportioned breakfast. Just entering feels like your entering a high security prison.
