Worst experience ever. The broker was speaking very nice during the renewal and as soon as I have asked him for the cancellation he started talking to me very rudely as if he never wanted to help me. The cancellation procedure was very tiring as well. The insurance I had with intact on chevy aveo which I sold on 17th march and I wanted to cancel the policy on 18th march. Now, broker started asking me about my new car and new insurance policy number to cancel the intact insurance. I don’t understand that why would they need new policy number, why would they even need to know if I am driving or not. When I was asking all this questions to the broker, he rudely told me “DON’T TEACH ME HOW THE INSURANCE POLICY WORKS!!!!”. In the end I needed to provide him my new policy number with different company regardless.
Highly disappointed. I hope they take this review seriously and ask their brokers to provide proper information to clients by email rather than calling them during their work hours.

Worst experience, I called to inquire about a package I received and the customer service was unpleasant. I won’t write her name but she needs to check herself if you don’t know how to have good customer service skills you shouldn’t be working there!

I did pay my previous insurance and to them also for one whole year bcz they fail to cancel with the previous insurance. This causes stress to me when I find it and really they ignore it when I request them to make arrangements for return. Very irresponsible and non professional. Not recommended.
