Being a customer for more than 8 years I can say that I receive excellent service from the entire team on each of my visits and clothes always impeccable. Thank you!

Got my two good winter coats cleaned and now they have both shrunk. One simply does not fit anymore. AND NO I have not put on weight since I wore them regularly. I looked online and found out that this can happen during the cleaning process depending on method used. Very aggravated since these were my best jackets. I did not contact them because I simply dont want a fight and hear all kinds of excuses. But I certainly will not go back there
