Great and quiet.

Although the library is tidy and everything is in place this is no place to study. They migh as well turn it into a coffee shop. People come here to socialize. Even the librarians are loud so there’s no point in asking them to tell people to shut up, unless you wanna tell them yourself and come off as rude, since you’d be the only one who’s there to study or read
