Because of the Covid, the service is by appointment which is secure. I made an appointment and when I introduced myself the owner / employee said that he did not remember that we had made an appointment by Messenger no later than EVE.
To install a luggage rack I needed a saddle adapter and 4 screws and 4 nuts. The employee was not a helper, he was arrogant. I needed simple parts … I rather have the impression that he was trying to sell me an installation that I did not need. He did not confirm or deny that he had these simple basic pieces. When I asked if we could order them if he didn’t have them in store, he came across with a bogus excuse for a bike model number (and if I had had a vintage bike, I wouldn’t have had number …). we are talking about relatively universal pieces.
