Stopped at a first bike shop(Spo… Oly…) for a quick fix on a loose bottom bracket. I was told right off the bat: “minimum 3 weeks!” WHAT???? Just to tighten a bottom bracket? I turn around and went to Record. 10 minutes later, my bike was fixed free of charge! As far as customer service is concerned, Bicycles Record is my new leader and I will continue with these guys and spread the word to all my biker friends. Thanks Record!
