Purchased a used 2016 Jeep, salesman was very helpful and organized . We test drove a couple of units and both were detailed and appeared to have gone through a complete inspection and repair/service. When making an offer I found the sales manager very curt and not customer friendly , we left without putting together a deal. A week later the vehicle we were interested in dropped in price to a value closer to our offer. I went back to the salesman and he was able to negotiate a deal the we both settled on, picking up the vehicle went very smooth, it was detailed oil changed and even new floor mats . So while it was not a great first experience it did work out in the end with a bit of patience.

Very good vehicle buying experience for me at Big4. The 2020 Ram was priced great so no need for negotiations. The salesman Scott was a straight up guy and didn’t play the head games a lot of car salesmen play. I highly recommend Big4.
