Went into Big Red Cedar and bought 10 solid fence panels 3’9″ in height. They said it will take about 4 weeks for them to deliver as they had a big order for another company. 6 weeks past and no notice of delivery. Called and advised it was late 2 weeks. Set up a date for them to deliver with my brother as he took the day off to help with installing the fence. No phone call was made so I called them and the guy said he forgot to add my order to the delivery. At this point, I was getting fed up. Set up the final date and asked if I could get a call or notification. Phone guy said Yes. Day of delivery, no phone call but they arrived. To my surprise, was not told at all that it was less than 2″ – 3″ shorter and was told that this was common for all fences. If that’s the case, then why don’t your website just state the actual dimensions? How would first time fence buyers know all this? Feel cheated and will not come back to this company again.

Just had 2 of the installers from Big Red Cedar complete the fence along my back yard. Great job and the materials used were top quality. I phoned several places for quotes and these guys were the most professional of them all. I would highly recommend Big Red Cedar if you need a fence built to create a great looking yard.. Great job!

Had Big Red cedar install a portion of the fence in my backyard. Extremely professional service. Had the fence installed a day earlier and even got a follow up call the next day. Old fence removed and disposed. Really impressed with the service and would definitely recommend.
