Walk-ins are extremely busy, I’ve been turned away multiple days in a row before they even opened. I’ve had great experiences from Dr Horne (which is the only reason my review isn’t one star), but I can’t say the same for the other doctors I’ve dealt with there. I haven’t personally had any problems with reception, but I have noticed some of them getting very irritable when asked questions that they think are unecessary while I’ve been sitting in the waiting room.

I have a reoccurring problem that I’ve been in for multiple times in the past. They just wanted to get me out as soon as possible, and wouldn’t listen. Kept insisting on giving me the same prescription that has NEVER worked before. I guess the fact that I’ve been through this over and over, and know exactly what does and doesn’t work for me doesn’t matter.

I was even once referred to a specialist that had nothing to do with my situation. He was as confused as I was about why I was sent to him.

Showed up a minute or two late, sat in the wait room for around 10 minutes after checking in only to be told that I was late and the doctor couldn’t see me now, so now I have to take more time off work another day to make it in there.

As if the doctor was that on time with their appointments.

I’ve waited for well over an hour for an appointment at this clinic and they couldn’t accommodate just being a minute or two (not 5/10) late for an appointment just to get a prescription filled.

This clinic is wonderful! The front desk staff are always so nice and very accommodating! If something comes up and I do not have an appointment, they always do their best to get me in that day, even if it is with another doctor. Both my daughter and I see Dr. Roos. She is an amazing doctor! Very patient, and always listens to everything I have to say. She is also very kind and thorough. She cares a lot about her patients. I have never had a better doctor! Her nursing staff is also amazing! Very patient and kind. I have never had a bad experience at this clinic. I highly recommend it!

I have loved this office and due to unfortunate circumstances i had to change doctors. The new doctor has been good but twice now i have had to talk to his ignorant, rude and just unpleasant nurse. Hey we all have our days but 2 conversations and 2 times i have been angry after talking. Not once before her with ANY staff have i had an unpleasant visit or phone conversation but now 2 out of 2 with her. Your in the wrong industry and I think you need a job where you dont talk to people! Without her its a 5 star office 100%

Been with Dr Horne for several years now. He is great and really cares about his patients. His nurse Judy is also really nice and a wonderful person. Anita at the front always remembers me and greets everyone with happiness while remembering who we all are. They are personable and kind. Dr henry was also really nice. Met her while dr Horne was on holidays. They keep professional and have empathy for your situation and actually try to help. Would highly recommend this clinic. You can guarantee they will actually care about your well being and go the extra mile for you.
