The best art supply store in town. Owned and operated by an incredible artist, Bijans is absolutely the art store you need to visit.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I could have spent much more time pursuing but the pandemic and mandatory mask waring has me planning in advance to get in & out quickly. The product lay out caused me confusion and requiring assistance otherwise I would have rated 5*

was a little skeptical from ordering online here at first because I’m not from London, (but the prices were cheaper here instead of major art supply stores from Toronto) but the service has been fantastic! My order came in within 2 days and the items were packaged nicely!! All emails I sent were also quickly responded too! I highly recommend looking through their catalog.

Beyond Helpful staff, the lady helped in great detail, checking for resources online and making sure to tell us right away. There are a bunch of art supplies, so many it feels like an artist’s paradise! you’ll be doing circle’s for sure!! Great store for every art lover and for anyone that is trying out new medium’s and wants to explore. A bit on the small side but everything is accessible

I needed some art supplies and decided to try a local store and this shop did not disappoint! I placed an order online today before noon and a couple of hours later, Jessica called to confirm my order and to inform me some products I ordered were no longer available. She had a list ready of what I could substitute and was super kind and helpful! After all the changes were made (and a lucky find of old stock), I opted for local delivery as I didn’t need the items right away and by 5pm they were at my door!

I’m not well-versed in the art world, but I thought the selection and variety was great, and as stated above, if things are no longer available, the staff makes sure you are aware as quickly as possible and is ready with possible alternatives! Great first-time experience and look forward to future ones!
