Mr. Claude Carrière is passionate about his work, competent and he is very kind. It is nice to chat with him. I may do business with him again.

On the other hand, I must unfortunately give 4/5 (and I find myself very generous in this score) because, although having encouraged his trade by buying an item, his wife, having an air “stupid”, did not even not addressed during the issue of the invoice. No thanks from him. She seemed annoyed that my watch had been purchased elsewhere. The expression “the customer is always right” would be appropriate in this case.
