EXECRABLE RETURN POLICY.
I bought a Pandora bracelet that I wanted to give to my sister. Since she received one, I returned for a credit note 72 hours after purchasing it.
They gave me a credit note … after the lady tried as much as so much to convince me to keep it for me (even though I told her 3 times that I was not carrying any money …. ) Finally, I had a credit note but I have to buy an item at regular price.

If I had bought a gift card, my sister could have bought anything on sale or not.

In short, it was my last shopping experience with them. I will NEVER encourage anyone who wants to give a jewel to someone to come to this place.

I lived a very good experience here because your place sells lots of jewellery and other items at reasonable prices, but some items is little costly, this place is very clean and tidy and your entire personnel including your manager is correct and welcoming.
