The best sourdough I’ve ever had! The sourdough croissants are amazing. Also very friendly!

If you are as serious about bread as I am you already know about the diverse array of sourdough rustic loaves available at Birdies. Their loaves cannot be beat. If you don’t like their offerings I’ll eat my shoe.

Got some pastries from there today AMAZING! The tomato goat cheese and chive pastries were so good, and the lemon pastry was delicious! I will definetly be going back!

Best bread ever! Making a shakshuka and needed some good crusty bread so had to make a stop at Birdies… where I also picked up some treats for after (or maybe before) the meal.

Inside looks amazing. Clean and tidy. Staff were lovely. Pastries wasn’t the best in the city. Cookie was good but not great. Chocolate croissant don’t think their chocolate work well with the croissant. It just didn’t tasted good. Country style bread was actually good. There’s an after taste but I like it that way. So overall, a good place and decent prices.
