I have been in this store a few times this week and had the pleasure of being helped by Fern. She is the most pleasant, accommodating and knowledgeable sales associate I’ve dealt with in any store in a very, very long time. I will highly recommend this store to friends and family.

The most helpful and knowledgeable sales associates in the entire Mic Mac Mall. Super friendly and outstanding customer service. While I did not purchase from them that day, I did make a purchase online from home.

Got a pair of shoes for Christmas but they didn’t fit so I brought them back to exchange and they only give out “credit notes” not gift cards. I figured that was fine but turns out these credit notes can only be used in store, which is a little frustrating but fair enough. What bugs me though is that they don’t allow you to order in the shoe you need. You’re expected to call twice a week and hope that they have what you’re looking for, then drive in to get them. Just a super frustrating process. Not to mention this location never answers their phone. Had to call
The mall twice and get them to go up and fix the issue. Therefore I highly do not recommend this place unless you know exactly what you’re looking for and you try your shoes on at the store and leave with that exact pair. Best to buy your shoes at another shoe store in the mall.
