Coffee is better than Starbucks as is the food. Staff are very friendly & helpful. Seating is very comfortable unlike Starbucks. There are unfortunately a few better non-chain places in town these days, which keeps it from that coveted 5 star rating I would otherwise give. To be fair Starbucks would now rate a 3.5 where if the system allowed it this would be a little over 4.

I feel like Blenz Coffee at Downtown Kamloops is perfect place to experience not just the best Coffee but also the best customer service.
I enjoy doing my business meeting at Blenz now.
