Blom did a massive renovation for us that involved our whole main floor (1000 sq ft) – it involved a wall coming down, two new structural beams, reconfiguring the powder room and mud room, a new doorway being added and a bay window shrinking to a smaller kitchen window. I was beyond thrilled with the work that they did. Nick was wonderful to work with – he was always quick to offer solutions to what seemed like roadblocks, and would offer budget-friendly options whenever possible. The kitchen designer who we worked with through Blom was incredible, as were all of the renovation technicians and sub-contractors who came in. Everyone was friendly, skilled and knowledgeable.
Most importantly, they stuck to the schedule and completed the reno ON TIME. No one believed my confidence that we would be back in the house as quick as we were, but in the end I had neighbours commenting on how often they saw the Blom trucks in our driveway. Nick and Rita truly care about their clients, and want to make the renovation process as painless as possible. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Amazing team! Our shower renovation was seem less and done in a very reasonable time. The Nick and the crew made sure to clean up after each work day and the communication was clear and concise. We will definitely be using Blom again in the future!

We hired Blom to do a complete basement renovation. They did a wonderful job. They seemed actually interested in the project compared to most of the other people we considered. The crew was polite and professional. If we had any questions they were happy to answer them. They stayed within the budget and everything went according to schedule. Blom was doing our basement finish, and we could not have been happier with the entire experience. From the moment we met the contractor, we knew we were on the same page with our vision of simple and clean lines. They kept us informed about the timeline before they started the work on a regular basis. Once they started, all the workers were very polite. We both don’t have much experience with house renovations, and their staff in the office was unbelievably helpful. They really helped us and supported us with all the decisions. They often sent us examples and options. They also promised us to interfere if they think we are making a mistake. That really gave us some peace of mind with the difficult decisions. The basement got a wall added, and we are pleased with how they placed it and how they made everything look really nice. The work was completed on time, we were constantly kept updated, and they cleaned up very nicely after they were all done.

I hired Blom contracting for building a bathroom in my basement from scratch. They did an excellent job cant believe it!. Work quality was excellent! The guys that came around were very polite and professional. The price was very reasonable, The work was completed on time. I would definitely hire and recommend Blom for any other renos.
