I couldn’t be happier about the look of my hair after visiting Blome, it exceeded my expectations, however the experience was ruined by generally poor service.
– I made sure to stop by and show some pictures before booking the appointment to get an accurate quote. The final price after the appointment was 30$ higher.
– When I came home I noticed hair dye stains on my face that I’m still trying to remove 3 days later without irritating the skin.
– Worst of all, when I took off the shirt I wore to the salon I found that it had hair dye stains on the back. A wash didn’t help, the brand new shirt is ruined.
– 30$ extra in the cost plus $35 t-shirt means I just threw away 65$.
I contacted the salon in Facebook messenger to see what can be done but did not get a response. Not coming back unfortunately.

I came to this salon about a year And a half after I underwent chemo to get a new look for my hair. I was greeted by Kim and she took her time to explain exactly how many sessions I’ll need to get the desired results. With time and investment she was able to get my hair to the color I wanted. It always a pleasure going there to get pampered. This is the only salon I trust to go to and wouldn’t change it for the world! Thanks ladies for the amazing service and being awesome!

I sent a message to their instagram page three weeks ago to which I never received a reply. I should not have to run after them to be able to discuss my situation. So much for customer service.

This is the worst nail extensions I ever had. I paid 100$ for gel extensions and after less than a week one of them broke. Now not even two weeks later four of my nails have broken. I am extremely disappointed and I will definitely not recommend this place to anyone for gel extensions ever. I was so annoyed with my four broken nails, that I removed the remaining and literally all I had to do was peel them off!!! How ridiculous.

I needed a new salon since the one I used to go (dolly swan; they are amazing I recommend them) is now too far for me! It’s a bit expensive (but old Montreal so) bit Carole is the best! I super picky I want my nails done in a certain way! So it doesn’t work with everybody! But Carole listened to me correct what I ask her to correct and work super fast! I really like them! I paused for a few months but I’m getting back to it!
