I live in BC and needed to send flowers to my niece. Ordering was fast and easy online, and I had a question so needed to phone. The woman I spoke to was wonderful, and best of all, the Puppy Dog Bouquet arrived within two hours of my order! My niece was thrilled, the photo she sent me showed a bouquet that looked exactly like the one on the website. I highly recommend this florist and will use them again.

All went perfect, except the call in advance, kinda ruined the surprise but she loved it. Awesome service!

We are not in the area, but have had to contact Bloom internationally, in order to schedule a delivery for two different instances (in Lethbridge). I am absolutely confident in their ability to create beautiful, artistic floral pieces AND deliver them as promised. I would recommend them in a heart beat and plan to use their services in any future instances we would need flowers delivered.
