Very friendly and very helpful staff!

Did great when I brought my shitzu in for his summer haircut bath and nail trim did way better than PetSmart for cheaper price

We got our dog groomed here and while I was happy with how friendly they were, I was shocked at the price. $75 before tax for a straightforward groom of a medium sized dog is just insane. There’s no way I’ll be making this our regular groomer as the price definitely did not match up with the service provided.

Was in town on vacation with a pup who had an upset stomach. We stumbled across this place and am I ever glad we did! The staff were incredibly friendly and immediately knew what to recommend him to make his tummy feel better. Will definitely go back if I am ever back in town!

Extremely disappointed on the price. Normally it is around $60 but was $75 for a regular grooming today which seems to be excessive. Had I known it was that price, I would have never booked there. We have three schitzus that get trimmed very short on each visit. I was completely disappointed with the grooming today as it was a shorter visit in time and my dog does not smell like he was bathed. I called to cancel the three future appointments we had scheduled and the girl didn’t seem to be concerned at all. It would have been nice if she would have asked why I was cancelling and I could have explained my disappointment. However, the guy that I dealt with upon arrival this morning was excellent. His customer service is great.

Fortunately, I called around and was able to book in with another reputable groomer that is half the price.
