Nothing in stock, often inventory errors and the wait is endless. I am to encourage the local but I promised myself not to set foot there again. I prefer to go to Papineau or Buckingham rather than wasting my time there.

Service too long … lack of employees

Had purchased two pallets of blocks over the phone that had not been loaded that they normally load. He was told that I just had to go to the store with the two empty pallets and at the same time he would give me the BMR points because he couldn’t do it over the phone. I left Fassett to Thurso with the two pallets that I could not have brought them back but I am honest, to be told that he could not but give me the BMR points, the employee had me well said yes. A lack of speech and integrity towards their client.
Out of respect I didn’t mention the person in the materials department.
